SHEFFIELD FARM'S HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION

Our History

Sheffield Farm’s Homeowner’s Association (HOA) was originally established by the developers to oversee the Covenant and Bylaws for the community.  All Homeowners are a part of the association.  However, there is a governing Board, consisting of three up to five Board Members and Officers being elected from homeowners who volunteer their time and talents to serve the community and uphold the guidelines of the Covenant and Bylaws.  The Community is always open to adding new faces and members to the Board, igniting different and fresh ideas, and enjoying the challenge of helping to serve the community.
